On the morning of September 22, 2024, the Roof-sealing ceremonywas held in the National Green New Material Industrial Park of Zhuhai Jinwan Gaolan Port.It was held for the 82,000-ton new electronic special materials pro-duction project of Wells Advanced Materials (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as the "Zhuhai factory project"), which is awholly-owned subsidiary of WAM Shanghai.

Manyleaders and relevant guests, partners andemployee represen-tatives attended the roof-sealing ceremony, witnessing anothermilestone in the development of WAM. The leaders are: Yujing Yang, Chairman of WAM; Zhonghua You, Director of WAM; Danny Kang, General Manager of WAM; and Jianhong Deng, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone; Cheng Qiang, Secretary of the Party Com-mittee of NanshuiTown; Lin Ruirong, Chairman of Hongchang Electronics; Jiang Shengzong, General Manager of Hongchang Electron-ics.

The Zhuhai factory project is located in the national green new materialindustrial park of Gaolan Port in Jinwan, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, with a total investment of about 400 million yuan, covering anarea of about 67 acres and a total construction area of about 33,500 square meters, and it is expected that the project will form an annualproduction capacity of 82,000 tons of new electronic special materialsafter completion. This marks that WAM has taken an important step inthe large-scale production and management of new electronic specialmaterials whileimprovingthe production capacityand category layout of new composite materials.
